1. Controller

Personal data is any information about an identified or identifiable person. Processing means any action with that data — collecting, using, storing or deleting it.
The Controller follows data-protection principles and processes data under the GDPR and the laws of Latvia.
2. What data we process
We collect identifying information mainly through the shop and email, when you:
- place an order;
- get in touch with us;
- agree to cookies.
We may process: your name, contact details (email and phone), order data (items, delivery address, price, payment details) and anything else you send us with an order or a message.
You are responsible for making sure the details you send are correct and complete.
3. Why we process data
We use the data to:
- fulfil the order and delivery;
- process the payment;
- update you on the order;
- meet accounting and legal duties;
- keep the website working.
The legal basis is GDPR Article 6(1)(a), (b), (c) and (f) — consent, performing a contract, a legal duty, and legitimate interests.
4. Sharing data with others
Data may be shared with delivery providers (parcel-locker operators) so we can ship your order, and with accounting or hosting providers needed to run the site and process orders. We do not sell data for marketing.
Payments are processed by the payment platform https://makecommerce.lv/, so we pass the personal data needed to complete the payment to the platform owner, Maksekeskus AS.
If asked, we may share data with public or law-enforcement authorities when that is needed to protect legal interests.
5. How long we keep data
We keep personal data while it is needed to fulfil the order, while the law requires us to keep it (for example under the Accounting Law), or while we may need it to defend our legitimate interests. After that it is deleted or anonymised.
6. Cookies
The site uses cookies for basic functions (such as the cart) and to make the site nicer to use. You can accept or decline cookies in the notice on the site.
7. Your rights
