No. 06068612407, legal address: Ezerkrasta Street 10, Bērzgale, Bērzgale parish, Rēzekne municipality, hereinafter referred to as the online store BANNTE, provides on the website svecesbannte.lv available content and sells goods in accordance with these Terms of Use.
1. General
If a consumer purchases goods through the website, such a mutual agreement is considered a distance contract and is subject to the legal provisions of the Republic of Latvia that regulate distance contracts, including, but not limited to, the Consumer Rights Protection Law and the Cabinet of Ministers Regulations on Distance Contracts.
The products of the online store BANNTE are handmade candle bouquets and gift sets. Each product is made individually, so the color tones, arrangement of decorations and sizes may differ slightly from those shown in the photos - this is part of the handmade work, not a defect.
By placing an order, the buyer confirms that he has read these terms and agrees to them.
2. Making purchases
Prices and specifications of products sold in the online store are indicated next to the products. The currency is euros.
To place an order, add the desired products to the shopping cart, fill in all the required fields and select the delivery method. The total cost of the order with delivery is displayed before payment. The order is completed by making the payment for the purchase.
Order production begins after payment confirmation, except for items in the "Available Immediately" section.
3. Payment terms
The payment currency on the website is euros. You can pay for your purchase by choosing the following payment methods provided by the payment platform: makecommerce.lv, Maksekeskus AS:
- Latvian internet bank payments: Swedbank, SEB, Citadele and Luminor;
- Revolut, Paysera, Wise un N26;
- Visa / Mastercard karšu maksājumi.
NB! Using the online banking payment method, confirm the order and click the "Return to merchant" button.
Personal data required for making payments is transferred to the licensed payment institution Maksekeskus AS.
The contract comes into force upon successful payment to the online store's bank account. If for some reason it is impossible to fulfill the order, the buyer will be informed about this and the amount paid will be refunded as soon as possible, but no later than within 14 days of receiving the notification.
4. Delivery terms
Preces tiek piegādātas Latvijā uz Omniva, DPD un Smartposti pakomātiem vai ar kurjeru. Piegādes izmaksas redzamas noformēšanas laikā.
The production time for individually ordered candle bouquets is usually 3–7 business days. Products from the "Available immediately" section are shipped within 1–2 business days. In exceptional cases, products may be shipped up to 45 calendar days, and the customer will be informed accordingly.
5. Right of withdrawal
Most products are made to order (chosen ribbon color, composition, etc.). Such custom-made products are not subject to the standard 14-day right of withdrawal applicable to serial products.
If the item you received is damaged during delivery or does not match what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt by writing to [email protected]After receiving the returned goods, the online store will refund payments no later than within 14 days.
The right of withdrawal does not apply if the buyer is a legal entity.
6. Goods not in conformity with the contract
If the purchased product has defects for which the seller is responsible, the buyer has the right to request the removal of the defects or an exchange. The buyer informs the seller by writing to [email protected]The seller shall provide a written response within 15 days.
7. Processing of personal data
The online store processes personal data entered by the buyer when ordering goods, such as name, surname, e-mail, telephone number and delivery details. The data is transferred to delivery service providers to ensure delivery and to the payment platform Maksekeskus AS to process the payment. More information is privacy policy.
8. Dispute Resolution Procedure
In matters not covered by these Terms and Conditions, the parties shall comply with the laws and regulations in force in the Republic of Latvia. Disputes shall first be resolved through negotiations or correspondence. If an agreement is not reached, the dispute may be referred to the Consumer Rights Protection Center or the court of the Republic of Latvia. The buyer also has the right to apply to the dispute resolution institutions of the European Union.
9. Intellectual property
All photos, texts and design solutions published on the website are the property of BANNTE or are used with the consent of the rights holders. Republishing of materials without consent is not permitted.
